What is a reseller?

• A reseller is authorised to sell Southridge services, often as a part of their own range, and sometimes in a reciprocal capacity.
• They can provide a friendly face in your local area, somebody with whom you can sit down and chat if you wish to do so and the nearest SRS office is an inconvenient distance from you.
• They can negotiate ‘in principal’ agreements, however these must then be confirmed by SRS in order for them to become binding; they may not make decisions or commitments on behalf of SRS.
• They are an independent business; however they are accountable in all their dealings with you on behalf of SRS when they are obliged to act in accordance with SRS values and guidelines.
• They are not obliged to sell only SRS products and services, unless otherwise specified.
• They do not have exclusive rights to sell SRS products and services in their area, unless otherwise specified.
