Job security: The ‘Titanic’ ploughed into that fatal iceberg at an unnecessarily dangerous speed despite poor visibility and knowledge that icebergs were in the area; they took extreme action but sadly it was too little, too late. Too many employers do the same thing when confronted by change in the marketplace that could have been foreseen and fire large numbers of competent, loyal staff because management was not planning far enough ahead. We aim to forecast developments that may affect our business years in advance. This means that we can usually prepare for storms before they hit, and take early action to protect our staff. Respect: Southridge Solutions treat you as a valued professional and we usually find that respect is returned. A great team! You spend so much of your life at work that it makes sense to work with a friendly, energetic and supportive team. We love to put on social events for our staff and their families.
